CatPaint is the top selling app in the iTunes app store! (in Vietnam)

Since its release less than a month ago, CatPaint has enjoyed a meteoric joyride up the iTunes app charts. However, sales have struggled internationally. That is, until now. On December 13th, CatPaint broke into the number one spot on the Vietnamese App Store, and has yet to let go of its stranglehold on the top spot.

To date CatPaint has sold a stunning 45 copies in the Vietnam iTunes App Store. That’s almost 0.0000005% of the 86 million people in Vietnam who can now add cats to their photos as they please. My analytics team is currently projecting CatPaint will maintain the top spot in the charts, by continuing to sell around 9 copies per day, until something better than adding cats to photos comes along. Which will probably be never.
